Cynthia is an artist, food systems practitioner, and non-profit professional who believes that food and how and by whom it is grown, prepared, and accessed, are central to understanding how we can build a more just and equitable society. Cynthia holds a Masters in International Development: Non-Government Organizations. She is the Director of Operations & People at CRAFT, specializing in strategic planning, program design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and grant writing and administration.
